Ivy Novick, Director of Customer Care

Ivy leads our Customer Care team. She develops and manages customer support processes including customer relationship management, technical support, and reporting. She also works with the development team on product functionality and quality assurance testing.

Ivy has been a manager in the help desk field for several years. She previously worked at the University of Pittsburgh where she managed help desks in both the Budget & Controller and Research areas. She has a BS in information science from the School of Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh and holds several IT certifications including ITIL v3 Foundations, HDI’s Help Desk Manager, and CompTIA’s Project+. Ivy is also the president of the local Steel City chapter of HDI and in her spare time is a member of the Pittsburgh Steel City Derby Demons where she plays roller derby under the name Butta Bing.
