How Touchtown TV+ Works
Touchtown TV+ is managed through a website, from any computer connected to the Internet, with no downloads or installations required. This web-based system is used to create and edit announcements, activities, dining menus, crawls, emergency messages, and to schedule videos.
Touchtown also supplies thousands of design templates, making it easy for anyone to produce an attractive TV+ show.
Touchtown installs a rack-mounted server at the community called the Broadcaster that is continuously synchronized with the activity and announcement information stored on Touchtown servers at a secure data center. The Broadcaster receives updates via the internet, composes television signals, and sends them out through a cable which is inserted into analog or digital television feeds from the cable or satellite TV provider.
